Clients are your company's most important asset. Store up-to-date address details and contact information in the client database. Use the simple word-processing feature to manage interactions with clients and potential clients.
Create and manage your projects, from inception to completion, with the project management module. Use the team/fee builder to generate your fees and instalments. Instalments are invoiced on the date specified and recorded on the Account Activity page.
Use the employee database to create and maintain your user/staff details. Set user access levels, employee rates per hour and mileage rates, to be used when building fees and managing costs.
Each staff member enters their own time against projects, specifying the relevant work stage. This information is used for project costing, estimation, tracking, management and client billing.
Chargeable/non-chargeable expenses are entered against projects, for each staff member. This information is used for project costing and client billing.
Use this module to view the financial history of the project. When invoices, receipts and credit notes are printed, they appear automatically on this page.
View your projected income for a given calendar year or date range, based on agreed fee instalments. If an instalment is paid, it is highlighted in green. If it is invoiced but not paid, it is highlighted in yellow.
