DASHBOARD

The dashboard is a mobile-friendly view, offering fast & easy access to the most frequently used functions within Chromisma.  The burger menu on the top left contains much more functionality.  Both the dashboard & the burger menu are tailored to match each user's access level.

CLIENTS

Clients are your company's most important asset.  Store up-to-date address details and contact information in the client database.  Use the simple word-processing feature to manage interactions with clients and potential clients.  View a list of all projects to date for your chosen client (see image below).

PROJECTS

Create and manage your projects, from inception to completion, with the project management module.  Use the Resource Plan module to determine required staffing levels and to assist with generating your fees and instalments.  Instalments are invoiced on the date specified and recorded on the Account Activity page.

STAFF

Use the employee database to create and maintain your user/staff details.  Set user access levels, employee rates per hour and mileage rates, to be used when building fees and managing costs.  Set annual leave days, to be used when allocating staff holidays, and view/maintain holidays booked and remaining, for a given holiday year.

TIMESHEETS

Each staff member enters their own time against projects, specifying the relevant work stage.  This information is used for project costing, estimation, tracking, management and client billing.

EXPENSES

Chargeable/non-chargeable expenses are entered against projects, for each staff member.  This information is used for project costing and client billing.

ACCOUNT ACTIVITY

Use this module to view the financial history of the project.  When invoices, receipts and credit notes are printed, they appear automatically on this page.

INCOME PROJECTION

View your projected income for a given calendar year or date range, based on agreed fee instalments.  If an instalment is paid, it is highlighted in green.  If it is invoiced but not paid, it is highlighted in yellow.  This report may be printed including or excluding sub-consultancy fees.
